The Faculty of Graduate Studies session (11th Session) of the 2025 convocation will be held on Wednesday, 19th November 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH)
1. Eligible graduands are required to submit the following supplication form (Google Form).
(Supplication forms will not be accepted after this deadline for any reason. Names will be listed on absentia those who did not submit before the deadline)

3. Convocation Fee
Postgraduate Degree/Diploma/Certificate (in person): Rs. 10,500/-
Postgraduate Degree/Diploma/Certificate (in absentia): Rs. 10,500/-
Refundable Cloak Fee: Rs. 5,000/-

(Before generating the payment receipts, you must select the “convocation fees – for Rs. 10,500/-” & “Refundable Cloak Fee – for Rs. 5,000/-“categories in the Income Type drop-down menu)
4. Send the following documents through registered post on or before Tuesday, 10th October 2025 (Extended).
- Duly filled declaration form form (A4 size)
- The bank receipts for the payment of the convocation fee & refundable cloak fee (yellow copies)
- A self-addressed (23x10cm) Rs. 120/= stamped envelope stating the registration number & the name of the degree with the relevant course on the top left-hand corner

Cloaks will be issued two weeks prior to the graduation ceremony. The student identity card should be handed over to the Faculty of Graduate Studies and the books obtained from the library should be returned before that date.

Send a scanned copy of the duly filled name confirmation form to con.fgs@sjp.ac.lk on or before 10th October 2025.
