සියලුම පශ්චාද් උපාධි ශිෂ්‍ය/ශිෂ්‍යාවන් වෙත,
“Payment System” හරහා පාඨමාලා ගාස්තු ගෙවීම
අප විශ්වවිද්‍යාලය මගින් සිසුන්ගේ ගෙවිම් කටයුතු මෙහෙයවනු ලබන්නේ “Payment System” නම් පරිගණක පද්ධතිය හරහාය. ඒ හරහා ගෙවීම් කිරීමේදී පශ්චාද් උපාධි සිසුන් විසින් පහත සඳහන් අඩුපාඩු කම් සිදුකර ඇති බව නිරීක්‍ෂණය විය.
(1) අයදුම්පත‍්‍ර ගාස්තු ගෙවීමට දැන්වීම් වල පලකළ පොදු ගිණුම් අංකයම, පාඨමාලා ගාස්තු ගෙවීම සඳහාත් භාවිතා කිරීම.
(2) පාඨමාලා ගාස්තු ගෙවීමට එම පරිඝනක පද්ධතියේ “Income type” යටතේ “Course fee” තෝරා ගත යුතු වුවත්, “application fee” තෝරාගෙන ගෙවීම් කිරීම.
(3) සිය ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත් අංකය යොදා පරිගණක පද්ධතිය ඉදිරියට කි‍්‍රයාත්මක කළ නොහැකි අවස්ථා වල සිය යහළුවන්ගේ ගිණුම් අංක භාවිතා කරමින් ගෙවීම් සිදු කිරීම.
- අදාළ සිසුවාගේ නමින්ම ගෙවීම් කටයුතු සිදුකර ඇති බව එම පරිගණක පද්ධතිය හරහා තහවුරු කළ හැකි වන්නේ නිසි පරිදි තමන්ටම ආවේණික වූ ගිණුම් අංකයෙන් ගෙවීම් සිදු කළ විට පමණි.
- එබැවින් පශ්චාද් උපාධි සිසුන්ගේ පහසුව පිණිස https://graduate.sjp.ac.lk/payments වෙබ් පිටුවේ “Payment Procedure” යටතේ අවශ්‍ය මඟපෙන්වීම ලබා දී ඇත.
- එහිදීද ඔබට ගැටළුවක් ඇතිවේනම්, ගෙවීම් කිරිමට ප‍්‍රථම පශ්චාද් උපාධි පීඨය අමතන්න.
- ඒ අනුව නිසි පරිදි ගෙවීම් කටයුතු සිදුකරන ලෙසත්, වෙනත් කිසිදු හේතුවක් මත විශ්වවිද්‍යාලීය ජංගම ගිණුම් වලට සෘජුව මුදල් බැර නොකරන ලෙසත් මෙයින් කාරුණිකව දන්වා සිටිමි.
- එසේ වැරදි ලෙස සිදු කරන ගෙවීම් සඳහා පශ්චාද් උපාධි පීඨය/ විශ්වවිද්‍යාලය කිසිසේත් වගකියනු නොලබන අතර, එය නිවැරදි කිරිමේ වගකීම සිසුවා සතුය.
- තවද ඔබ විසින් මුදල් ගෙවූ රිසිට් පත අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම පශ්චාද් උපාධි පීඨයට ලබා දිය යුතුය.

To all postgraduate students,
About course fee payments through “Payment System”
In the University of Sri Jayewardenepura the students’ payments for the university are handled by a computer system which called as “payment system”. When the postgraduate students paying through it, the following deficiencies can be seen.
- Students use the same account number to pay application fee and course fee.
- When paying course fee, students should select “application fee” instead of “course fee” under the “income type” of the computer system.
- Students use friends’ accounts numbers to make their payments. Students should use own NIC number for the payments.
It is important to note that, each and every postgraduate student has a unique account number. Therefore, DO NOT copy the account number from another student. We can verify your payment, if you pay through your account number only.

If you need any clarification, please contact the Faculty of Graduate Studies before making the payments.
It is kindly requested to make your payments properly and to not to deposit money to university current accounts directly.
University/ Faculty hold no responsibility for erroneous payments and it is the responsibility of student to correct such payments.
Further, it is a must to handover the receipts to the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
